1. What’s included in your coffee cart hire?

A: Our full-service coffee cart hire includes everything needed for barista-level coffee at your event. This covers the cart itself, your custom branding on the front, professional machines and coffee beans, all the essentials like milk and sugars, your branded sleeves, cups and lids, setup, delivery, teardown, fully trained baristas, and a dedicated project manager.

2. How long do you need to set up and what are your requirements for space, electricity and water?

A: We require 1 hour prior to your event start time for setup. We need a clear, level space of at least 1.9m long by 1.6m deep. For power, we require access to TWO dedicated 13A (13A x 220V) circuits. We are fully self-contained, so no water access is needed.

3. What beverage menu options do you have? Any non-caffeinated options? 

A: We offer a full café-style beverage menu, featuring our own Mobius House Blend. This includes milk-based coffee like latte, flat white, cappuccino, macchiato, and mocha, as well as black coffee like espresso and americano. For non-caffeinated options, we provide hot chocolate and a full range of organic tea, including black, green, and caffeine-free herbal varieties.

 

4. What are signature drinks?

A: Our Signature Drinks are custom-designed coffee created exclusively for your brand, company, or event. They are a core part of experiential hospitality, transforming a standard beverage into a unique and memorable brand asset.

 

5. Do you serve cold beverages?

A: Yes, we offer cold beverage options. In addition to our standard menu, we serve bottled cold brew as an add-on, and we also provide bespoke signature drinks served over ice.

6. How many coffees can your baristas make?

A: Our proven service workflow allows 1 barista to serve up to 60 coffees per hour.

 

7. What is your service capacity for events?

A: We are happy to scale our service to meet the needs of your event. For a standard full-day hire, our typical setup can serve up to 350 cups of coffee over a 6-hour period. For larger events, we can seamlessly add more baristas or additional coffee machines to increase the pace and capacity.

 

8. Do you have food safety certifications?

A: Yes, we are fully licensed and certified by the HKSAR Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD). This guarantees that our operations and every beverage we serve meet the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

9. What branding options are available? 

A: We offer a variety of branding options to create a cohesive and impressive look for your event. This includes custom-branded coffee cart fronts and tops, along with branded cup sleeves. We also provide cocoa powder stencils logo to add a personalized touch directly to your drinks.

 

10. What are your payment terms?

A: We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation to secure your date, the remaining balance to be paid 48 hours before the event day. We accept bank transfer, credit card payment and PayMe.

11. How much in advance should I book the coffee cart? 

A: We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to confirm your date. However, we also welcome urgent orders—feel free to message us on WhatsApp at +852 6919 6284 to check our availability
